my ex fiance named jim called me and wanted to talk with, and he said that he still loves, me and that he would never let go of me, that he always still thinks about me, and he told me that he hasnt gone to sleep for 2 weeks non straight. what should i do? i love my ex fiance i ahve now, and my heart stays with the man i am with right now and his name is austin.

Jim's name should be Dick because that's how he's behaving. Whatever broke you both up, he should respect. His saying what he did to you is his Don Juan Syndrome kicking in--he doesn't want you to be with someone else because he's jealous. Stay in love with your fiancee and don't let Jim jerk you around. He has a serious relational problem that you do not need to own.

The important thing is how you feel. You seem to still care about the old guy but love and are committed to your fiance.
What you need to do is tell him as nicely as possible that this is the way things are. For whatever reason your past relationship ended and you are in love with someone else and intend to marry him.
He is going to continue holding a torch for you for some time--perhaps a bit forever. So for your sake and his--it is best that you distant your relationship with him. After telling him the above--I would avoid contact with him. I would not write. If he continues to call I would get increasingly abrupt. If necessary you might have to be blunt eventually and tell him to knock it off. In the end this is the best for him.

Maybe you should slow things down because my first thought after reading this was "Get engaged often?". It almost sounds like you do not know what you want to do yet. You should let you current fiance know whats going on though so he can help you work through it.
