I will graduate with a 2 year diploma, major in Management. What kind of first job should I go for and what kind of career can I expect (assuming that I work hard and play little!)

You'll know exactly what to do. You won't be asking questions, for one. You'll be answering them. Be self employed. Don't compromise. Don't do anything that isn't one hundred percent straight. Trust me. You'll know exactly what to do ninety nine percent of the time. Down time waiting for solutions will be the dangling one percent.
