Mine was at Wal-Mart... fecal matter on the floor.. Why????

The four holer outhouses in the desert during desert storm. Four across seating with no dividers and plywood only chest high so you could be crapping and everyone could watch you. Also the sand flys crawl across your butt and the barrels underneath to catch the waste are filled with a concoction of feces, urine and diesel fuel. Try that splashback, i still have nightmares.

The worst restroom was at the Civic Center in Providence, RI.
I was at a concert and I hate to use public bathrooms but had to go. I walked in and the floor was covered in water and God knows what else, but the worst thing was a woman's shoe and a tooth on the floor. Needless to say, I didn't use the restroom, I just waited until I got home.

Worst one ever was at a rest stop on Alligator Alley going to naples Florida.
Some dude must have had one too many tacos and sprayed diarrhea all over the wall and the floor. It looked like a bomb exploded, but smelled like roadkill.
I could not eat for a day after that....

At the Oakland A's coliseum. The urinals are trough style- no splash guards. The stalls have huge puddles of urine. Once I saw feces smeared on the seat. A bottle of Jack Daniels was lying there too. The toilets are often plugged up and overflowing

I remember going to a restaurant several years back in Eastern Washington. The stalls were very tiny and the doors swung inward and hit the toilet! I just about killed myself trying to climb into a stall. Climbing out wasn't much better.
The floor was nasty. There was no way I was going to climb UNDER the door!

Wal-mart has the nastiest restrooms that I have ever seen! Absolutely disgusting.

A barnes & noble...it smelled like dirty diapers, the floors outside the stalls were kinda wet (I'm guessing it was pee, which would have made sense - adding to the overall bathroom odor), and the ONLY 2 stalls in the bathroom were disgusting, one had feces in the toilet , and the other had pee on the toilet seat...Needless to say I didn't use it, & to top it all off there was no paper towel so I had to touch the grimey door with my hands. = (

The two NASTIEST AND I MEAN NASTIEST was at Pathmark Supermarket and at the Metro North Train station! I had to use the bathroom real bad but when I stepped into their bathrooms, the urgency to use the bathroom came to a halt! It smelled so bad and everything was so dirty, I was willing to take the risk of holding it until I got home. Disgusting!

A small gas station on a cross country drive to California.... I don't remember exactly where it was, but it was the most disgusting restroom I have ever seen... I had to turn around and leave because it almost made me puke....

Wal-mart too. There was some puke in the toilet that looked like it had ice cubes in it. Oh gosh, it was horrid.
