Most likely, it is a fake. It's someone hoping you'll fall for it, click on the link and give them all of your personal details. Don't do it. Simply forward the e-mail to spoof@paypal.com. They'll let you know if it really came from them or not.

This is indeed a fake e mail. NEVER CLICK ON A LINK IN AN E MAIL. If you think there is a problem with your account then go directly to their site.
I have had a similar e mail from a different person. Forward the e mail to spoof@paypal.com.
They will send you a confirmation e mail letting you know if it is fake or real. Good Luck.

Yes, it's fake. Don't give out any info!
This type of email is known as "phishing" --- they're trying to scare you into thinking you need to take immediate action or something bad will happen to your account. Of course, nothing bad will happen to your account unless you actually click the link in the email and turn over all your information (login ID, password, SSN, bank account info, etc.)

I get numerous emails daily about my paypal account (which I DO NOT HAVE ONE) and also about my ebay account and various problems with it. Just delete this crap. Do not fall for it.

Report it to ebay, there is a page for doing this - search under help for "spoof".
Flag this email as spam, then ignore it.
