Is any component to that undesirable feeling remorseful about for some belongings you've suggested so that you could not have? (you would possibly want to correctly be huge and fess up and teach regret to the figure instruments for any questionable content fabric...that would want to bypass some distance in direction of clearing the air AND making you sense extra perfect...that's the mature challenge to do). Then, for sure, my next question is...if you're banned from the web, how are you posting right here? in simple terms keep in mind that your moms and dads are not enemies...they love you very a lot and in simple terms favor to guard you. So no matter if or not they favor to or no longer isn't the point - the point is what concerns. also, the web might want to be very addicting...there are fairly some articles on internet habit and the full new slew of pyschological complications that each and every individual the cyber time (and if we are not on line then ppl are using iphones or taking section in xbox 360's, and so on.) is causing. Like the a number of different posts say...UNPLUG and breathe some sparkling air and positioned your fingers on some genuine international gadgets...floor your self again. Reconnect with that relations that does love you and doubtless misses you ;oP

I don't care whether they have a moment of silence, but they should not prevent children from taking a moment of silence or praying. Freedom means allowing people to express themselves religiously if they so choose. To forbid this, as France has done (and as many school districts in the US are trying to do) goes contrary to the principles of freedom our ancestors fought to preserve.

When our schools become so good that they can afford class time for sitting in silence, we can talk about it. But for now, there's no reason for using education time for prayer or spacing out. Families who care about prayer can pray together before or after school.

They should, with what's been going on lately with the school shootings, i think a moment of silence is something to do every morning to start off a great day!

No prayer, no moment of silence. Kids go to school to learn reading, writing and arithmetic. School isn't a church service, actual or implied, unless of course you're talking about a private religious school.

No.
No matter if it is proclaimed as being "secular" it always takes on the appearance of religiosity. Someone WILL attempt to warp it into a religious thing.
Remember, our rights guarantee us freedom of and freedom FROM religion.

yes!!!!! that would be awsome if they would do that.....but you know they never will !!! I have fought with my childs school because they are teaching him about evolution and we don't believe in that.....in some ways i feel that that is a kind of believe just as my christianity is. Why are they allowed to teach one way and not the other??? Maybe if the world prays hard enough someday it will become a reality for prayers back in schools.

No. As others have said, religion should be taught by parents in their home. My family does believe in God, we do have religion, but it was never pressed upon me. I say religion should not be in school, not because i am an atheist, but because I don't know if ther is a God, but I also know that YOU DON'T KNOW either. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying ther is no God, I am just saying : We don't know. So, I believe religion should be practiced in your home before school if you wish.

We only did that when somebody died and most of the kids were still screwing around. Its just one more thing the teacher has to worry about managing and serves no purpose. You want your kid to pray every morning, do it with them before they go to school.
