Coolant nipple on top of the intake.

A leak around the thermostat housing. You could have a leak from one of the hoses going over the manifold.

More than likely your thermostat gasket if its on TOP of the manifold. If it's along the seems of your intake manifold, then it's probably your intake manifold gasket.

Upper radiator hose, t-stat gasket, waterpump by-pass hose.....Use a cooling system pressure tester to find the leak...

check all the gaskets to see if any are leaking. intake gaskets are probably the most likely.
