If you don't receive one by mail you still have to file. You can get them over the internet or at the post office. Go to their website, download a form and file.

You aren't actually complaining are you? Not receiving a tax return form hand delivered to your own mailbox is not a valid excuse or defense to avoid late tax return penalty fees.
I became permanently disabled in 1993 and the last tax return I filed on time was in 1998. After that I lost my home, employment and had no permanent address for 8years. When I bought my current home recently, I immediately was contact by the Fed IRS with PLENTY of late penalties and a threat of a lien on my home. So I notified the IRS that if they gave me a month I'd have all those past return forms completed and sent in. They said OK and I went to www.irs.com and downloaded the past forms, filled them all out and got it done. I didn't feel like they were badgering me or think anything else but just to do it or be a total loser.
As the old saying goes, "There's only two certainties in this life: death and taxes."
Now, get your pencil sharpened and your calculator out and get it over with.

Did you hide your head under a rock from Jan to April?
Did all those tax related documents (w2's, 1099's, 1099g, interest, tax etc. statemetns) mailed to your home from jan - april not give you clue taxes were due?
Did you not see/hear adivertisements on TV, radio, print etc. for Tax servics, software, etc.?

Do you not file your taxes EVERY year around April 15th?

What is wrong with you-- just because somebody didn't mail you a tax form doesn't mean you're not responsible for filing your taxes. You get what you deserve-- now get your act together.

It's the government. You can not win. Unfortunately for you, you are responsible for knowing when you need to file, and filing and paying anything necessary. Ignorance is no excuse to them.

THEY have tons of excuses when it comes to serving you, but when it comes to you doing something for them, they really don't care why you didn't get it done or paid.

It may not seem fair to you, but pay all of the penalties and interest now, or it will just be more later. You can not get out of this. They really don't care.

Sorry.
