When do you first feel pain? Also any additional info you have would be appreciated. I am going for my ultrasound on Thursday but I just can't stop worrying. ♥ Thanks in advance.

I doubt you are having one. You would have pain and bleeding. I bet your baby is perfectly healthy!! Its normal to worry. Good luck and god bless.

Ectopic pregnancy can be difficult to diagnose because symptoms often mirror those of a normal early pregnancy. These can include missed periods, breast tenderness, nausea, vomiting, or frequent urination.

Pain is usually the first red flag. You might feel pain in your pelvis, abdomen, or, in extreme cases, even your shoulder or neck (if blood from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy builds up and irritates certain nerves). Most women describe the pain as sharp and stabbing. It may concentrate on one side of the pelvis, and it may come and go or vary in intensity.

Any of the following additional symptoms can suggest an ectopic pregnancy:

vaginal spotting or bleeding
dizziness or fainting (caused by blood loss)
low blood pressure (also caused by blood loss)
lower back pain

Ectopic Pregnancy: I was 2 months along when I started cramping & bleeding. Don't worry about it if the pregnancy test is positive and they don't see a fetus that will send off alarm bells. I had to have a simple surgery to remove the growth. The doctor will tell you what's going on. Good Luck my heart goes out to you.

If you have a tubal pregnancy it will be terminated. Otherwise the falopian tube will rupture and you will probably not concive agian.

An ecotopic pregnancy can not be carried to full term. I dont know who gave me the thumb down, but its true. Its sad but its true.
