yes i believe that .. not only my neighbors do that to me ,, but my friends also call me on the phone and start talking this and that ,, sometimes i am so in hurry to do things for my self ,its kinda gets on my nerve , and i feel like tell them to get stuffed for f**** sake and leave me alone .. lol

My neighbor just jumps out of the bushes and scares the crap out of me when I go get the mail. He doesn't talk to me though.

yea and its either they want a mower or the tree at the back of my house fell into thier house,i hate it especially when i have to go somewhere so bad!
