I have 2 mice. I think they are both female but I could be wrong. One is large and the other is tiny. I went away for a day and a half and I left food and water, but maybe I didn't leave enough. Anyway yesterday I noticed my small mouse has patches of fur missing and I was wondering if the larger one hurt the small one.Could the little one have pulled its own fur out? The larger one does pick on the small one from time to time, but they get along most of the time.Any ideas????

Is ok they are doing barbering. This thing is alway happen in rat and mice.Since they had been together for long time it is not a best idea to seperate them. You can put paper or tissue inside the cage to let them play.If they are fighting, you will see blood or hurt on them if not they are just playing with each other.

Yes sounds like the bigger one is picking on the small one and if you dont remove the small one ,the big one might end up killing it. So I would do so soon. Good Luck.

You should seperate them because it does sound like they are fighting. And if they were males.. you would know!! =)
