No,they should go on...As long as other countries have the right to a nuclear program,so has Iran...As long as their program is in peaceful purposes only they are not breaking any law...And as no one can prove that Iran wants to build a nuclear weapon,I say they should go on with their nuclear developments...

When the president of Iran shouts "Death to Israel" during a public speech, is he someone that should have nuclear weapons?
Israel, and thus Western Civilization, will not let Iran develop nukes.
Why? Well, some 70-80 years ago, some Austrian Socialist wrote a long diatribe blaming Jews for all of Europes problems. When he gained political power, he said the same stuff. Everybody, even the Jews, thought it was all political garbage talk. 6,000,000+ dead Jews later, they realized that his threats were not idle. And they will never let it happen again.
For this very reason, Israel will see an Iranian nuclear arsenal as a threat to its very existance (it's only 8,000 square miles - barely larger than Massachussetts) and will react accordingly.
While we should try to prevent Iran from pursuing this mad dream, we will need to side against them if the time comes to end the madness. Their fanatical president, Ahmadirtbag, is leading them to the precipice - and fanatics have a history of failing to adequately assess the consequences of their actions.
God help us all.

The oo-aah is because it is said that Iran is enriching uranium. To use a phrase which has been done to death they are set to produce weapons of mass-destruction. (Sounds like another excuse to me). The Iranians say that they are simply developing nuclear technology for power stations. The UN's nuclear watch-dog state that Iran has a very small quantity of enriched uranium but of a very low grade and nowhere near of the quality needed for nuclear weapons.
I can think of no reason why Iran should not develop its nuclear technology. In fact, I can't think of a good reason why they shouldn't have nuclear weapons. After all, they have a country sitting on their doorstep bristling with the things - thanks to America.
All I can say is, let us hope America is not simply brewing up a lot of fuss to make yet another excuse for invasion.

I compltely agree that Every country has the right to develop Nuclear technology. Developing Nuclear technology does not always means to develop Nuclear Bomb, It can be researched for the means of development of the country, by providing a new and better energy source. As long as Iran doesnot break the law by threattning countires, they can develop nuclear technology. They have the right to do so.

Yes Iran has the right to nuclear power for peaceful means, oil that they rely on will one day run out. But the world is fearful of the consequences of Iran having nuclear weapons technology. The culture of Martyrdom created during the Iran / Iraq war may one day lead to holocaust and the end of the middle east as we know it.

In principle I agree with you. What right do we have to decide in what way these people live?!?
But then again, Iran would be able to then build atomic weapons using the nuclear materials. The whole Arabian region is very unstable as it is and there are many active, powerful extremist organisations, many of whom have good contacts in the regions' governments. Iran for example is one of the providers of weapons, which were used against Israel.
So, in a way, if we give in due to idealistic ideas and let them go ahead, we will make the Middle East conflict potentially even more violent and disastrous...

No country that suffers from being in the middle of an earthquake zone should have nuclear power stations or radio active waste to try and dispose of.
Stop and think for a moment. Supposing it had all been kept underground near Baam?

Iran is only using nuclear activities for their electricity. The U.S. put sanctions on Iran under Ronald (I don't recall) Reagan, so they can't even afford a pot to urinate in. They have found a cheaper way to produce electricity, but Baby Bush has already imposed a Naval blockade on Iran, identified thousands of bombing targets, and has cooked up more fake intelligence.
Wherther Iran stops its nuclear development or not Bush plans on committing Shock & Awe II very soon. Perpetual war is the way of Nazis and NeoCons alike.
You are witnessing the Nazification of America!

you would compared to this, in spite of the indisputable fact that the international needs nuclear and if we do not leap on the band wagon which will extremely harm are economics and we'd could count on them for power. With all this neat technologies, we choose electrical energy to run it. in case you call up your potential employer and tell them to expose off you potential and also you're trying to stay like that for a month, then you fairly will understand why the international needs nuclear. With the right form of reactor, you could put in the course of nowhere for as a lot as 30 years and furnish power to those who not in any respect had that luxurious. Nuclear waste isn't a mission. France, Japan, and certain even Russia reprocesses nuclear waste. we can recuperate ninety 9% of U and Pu... to reuse. Now we decrease down the waste from million and tens of millions of years to hundred thousand. Russia an d the Europeans are searching in to stepped forward gas cycles (look up Orient stepped forward gas Cycle). in the adventure that they could prefect it and make it useful, then we decrease the waste right down to 1000 years for confident possibly get it right down to the thousands. it is going to happen, because it really is conceivable and power is potential. question we could continually be asking... do we settle on the US to be foremost the %. or ingesting dirt.
