I dont wanna go out and by a costume cuz i never find anything good. I am willing to by little accesories! Im a girl im 13! I dont want a scary costume, something cute! Any easy way to make them at home-- or only have to by accesores?

A friend of mine once went as Cotton Candy. She took a trash bag and glued pink cotton balls all over it. It took a little time to do it but it was cute.

I've always wanted to be a bag of jellybeans, get some colored tights, a clear trash bag and some balloons, cut leg holes in the trash bag and fill it up with balloons, and tie it around your neck and there you are a bag of jelly beans!

you can wear a blue dress ,white socks and a red shoe.then pig talil your hair and go as "dorthy" from wizard of oz.a blue dress is quite commen and so is the white socks. all you need is a red shoe and put some glitter on it.
