I don't drink real coffee, lol I drink instant coffee you mix with hot water, mostly nescafe

You don't get addicted to the coffee you get addicted to the caffeine in the coffee. How do you know, when you don't get your coffee and you're irritable, and grouchy, and just plain mean to everyone. Caffeine is a drug and you can become addicted to it.

If you don't drink it, do you get a headache? Do you think about wanting a coffee if you haven't had any? If so, then you're addicted. Instant cofee can still contain a lot of caffeine. I got addicted to the caffeine in Coke - had to have a can every afternoon at 3 or I would get a horrible headache. I stopped doing that, but I had a headache for two days.

Headache, when you stop taking coffee, is one of the major symptoms of coffee addiction.

go for a day without it, if you get irritable and get headaches, you may be addicted.

headaches are common ....also lack of energy....if worried cut back very slowly
