Everything I read about them suggests they are a scam. The Swiss embassy says they are not a registered Swiss company. "Swiss cash mutual fund" appears to be most active in Malaysia...

Select a no-load mutual fund, which, in turn, invests in blue chip (high quality) stocks. You might start with a fund in the Vanguard family, or one in the T Rowe Price family of funds. Search online for a list of no-load funds. That's the kind of fund in which all of your money goes to work for you. There are no commissions when you buy or sell them. Also make sure their expense ratio is well below 1% The blue chip funds are not as risky as some on the other ones. Whatever you do, get in the habit of investing so-much each month and be patient and disciplined. If the value of your funds goes down, don't worry. They'll come back up. Aim for hitting singles and doubles. Don't try for home runs. You'll strike out too often. I wish you the best.

Warning about misleading publicity
It has come to the attention of the Swiss Embassy that there is an aggressive sales campaign taking place in Malaysia and elsewhere to promote an investment fund called
SwissCash
or
Swiss Mutual Fund
SwissCash and Swiss Mutual Fund are not registered companies in Switzerland. The contact telephone numbers provided by the website of these entities are in New York and the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Regrettably, companies and individuals with no relation to Switzerland sometimes use the word “Swiss” or images of the Swiss flag in an effort to associate themselves with the reputation of Swiss companies.
Please be aware that SwissCash and Swiss Mutual Fund are unrelated to Switzerland and are not subject to Swiss government regulation or their conduct in any manner.
For further information please call the Embassy of Switzerland at 03 2148 0622 or write to vertretung@kua.rep.admin.ch
