being pregnant is hard work for your body, just imagine what is going on in there. Just get as much rest as you can now because once your baby is here you will have plenty of sleepless nights

You should start feeling less tired during the next month. Make sure you are eating healthy & drink milk, water & juice. Take a nap when you can even if only for 1/2 hour. I was exhausted all the time during the 1st half of my pregnancy. A lot is going on in your body right now. Try to get some exercise - it has so many benefits. Mention it to your doctor at your next appointment - it can also be a symptom of anemia amongst others as well.

You are tired from being pregnant not from the HPV. . The baby is taking all your energy trying to grow. There really nothing you can do. Just rested.

You are tired simply because you are preggie. You body is working overtime trying to grow that little one iside you. how do you get rid of it? sleep every chance you get, although somtimes that doesn't even work, lol. The only cure for it is birth. Good luck, this is just part of mommyhood, i know it's hard, i think i could have slept the entire nine months with my firstborn!! For some women it subsides in the second trimester. I fyou have more questions or need more advice feel free to join my mommies group....We are mommies, and enjoy the toughest job in the world. i'm 12 weeks pregnant and that i became into rather drained up until eventually this previous week. I in simple terms took a great style of naps and in specific circumstances i might sleep 10 hours or extra at night to boot to taking naps in the process the day. often I also have a great style of drowsing issues and can't in all likelihood sleep longer than 8 hours, so it became right into a great exchange. I paintings at homestead so I wasn't out and approximately lots to get me drained, the two. It became into rather not common, yet I realize it rather is thoroughly typical and it is going to placed on off in some weeks.

Early in pregnancy, most women feel severe fatigue. Many women find they can't get through the day without a nap, or that they go to sleep as soon as they get home from work. Why is this so? No one knows for sure, but there is probably a reason we have developed this tendency since it is so universal. Perhaps it is a signal for us to start listening to our bodies and treating ourselves well early in pregnancy.

Yes you are tired because of your pregnancy. Most women experience this tiredness, including me. It's that your baby is taking most of your energy, and nutrients which makes us tired. Which is also why you should eat good while pregnant . Try to take naps when you can, eat right, and drink lots of water.

It's the hormones... don't worry the "pregnancy coma" (as I like to call it) should be subsiding soon now that you are heading into your 2nd trimester. I usually sleep like 18 hours a day through my first trimester and by the middle of my second I'm usually back to pretty much normal.
