The good effect is that they move people from point A to point B.
The bad effect is that they kill people trying to move from point A to point B.

They have pollution and they can get people sick. If a tire pops while they are on the road they can get in a car crash and not survive.

well , it's very upsetting when they decide to stop running for you. even more upsetting when they take a hunk of money out of your purse.
