Pulling off someone's pants is RAPE. Really! It may not be Gay, but you are trying to feel superior by embarasing someone.

It depends. If someone just has tighty whiteys then yeah it is a little Grabass. If you know someone has some hilarious undies or in currently on a bet to wear womens underwear, then pantsing is highly appropriate.
