I used to live in Jersey City and my vote is for the Saree love those belly buttons :-)

Well I like saree very much but it depends upon your type of area.
If am in village I would like to see women in saree only because if they are dressed in a western dress like mini skirt or any else it wont suit their personality and will feel awkward.
If am in a modern city and I am in a party it would be better to wear a modern dress but it should be comfortable and easy to feel and nothing such vulgar type of dress that everyone is starring and making a joke. So dressing depends upon the type occasion, the people surrounding you and of course maintaining your discipline.

women of india look good in sarees only...u must have seen all the actresses look the best in a saree.i dont know what magic does a saree have in it...it adds to beauty of a girl.

Depends upon the woman. Some justify sarees and some western dresses like midis,minis and long gowns. Anyways, as far as the liking is concerned, i like the woman who knows how to carry herself elegantly, dress does not really matter.

I think that it depends on what type of person you are talking about take a sporty person, they would want jeans not a frilly Saree. But if you are talking about a girly person, then 4get about the jeans, get the Saree out!!

Sarees look uncomfortable and unpractical.
Of course I like western clothes. There is appropriate clothes for every occasion. If I wanna be comfortable I wear shorts and a small tee, that's it. Sarees are like huge sheets. My taste won't allow me to wear it. I don't understand why people say saree is hot?!? Ru guys kidding?
If I have to choose something ethnic I'll choose African tribe
outfits! :) or Hawaiian hula outfit.

My personal favorite are salwars. I like other people in sarees like actress, my friends etc. But I feel very uncomfortable in saree.

Saris' are basically an Indian womans attire and I have not seen too many westerners wearing the same. I feel that a woman who can carry her self well in both kinds of attire is the best adjusted one.

I like woman in saree. They look gorgesous in it.....! It is our tradition and our identity, so plz save it and respect it.
