You can, but most people with PCOS do not have a regular cycle.

I have not had one for about a year and a half. The pain isn't cool, but not having a period might just be worth the discomfort ;) No really, I would kill to have a regular cycle and be done with the hurting. I was diagnosed in 1999, and have not been regular since I started. Take care!

It depends on how regulated the PCOS is, and how severe it is.

I don't and never have except the time I was put on BC but that is not a true period so II don't think it counts.
