I mean how can I Design a video game put it on a disc for the PS2 console and play it on the PS2 system. I wanted to make my own RPG with graphics like the Kingdom Hearts II at home. I wanted to use my voice and my friends voices for the characters. Use a japanese song for the theme(or whatever) and use my own storyline and characters.

Well, first you need to design the game. You'll need progammers, artists, modelers and animators. Generally, they want to be paid for their work, so you should keep your day job in order to pay them.

Then, you need to convince Sony that your game is worth converting to the PS2 (hopefully PS3?) format. The most likely next step would be for them to purchase the rights to the game from you, and have their programmers convert it to the right format. Another alternative is you find one of the very few non-Sony employees who understand the PS2 formatting, and pay them to convert it.

Of course there's always the RPG Maker games, but you'll only be able to play those on the system you create them on. PC plays on PC, PS2 plays on PS2.
