Ok, if you've deleted a message and need it back, you need to go to your trash folder, and click on the message you want. Once you're inside the message, you need to click on the "move" button at the top of the page. (The move button is gray, and is right next to the spam button.) Once you click, a drop down menu should appear. "Inbox" should be the second option on this menu. Click on it. Then, when you go back to your inbox, your message should appear. (However, if you've deleted the message form your trash folder, I'm afraid you can't get it back.)

Do you have a "trash" box? Some email accounts put messages here when you delete them, and then you have to delete the trash. If not, you are screwed.
