A lot of them enter my house every evening, and I still don`t know a good mean against them.

I've heard the only way to get rid of them in the house is with a cat -- lol!! We are testing that theory now with a friend's cat. However, we were able to cut down our population significantly by plugging up holes under the garage door where they were getting in and then getting into the house from there. They were living in the garage in HUGE numbers, so we ended up doing a cricket round-up to get them all into a corner and then VACUUMED them up with our big shop vac!! Sealed the bag and dumped it in the trash --result: 95% fewer crickets in the house.

Now we need to do the basement . Good luck!

Get your house sprayed by a bug man. But crickets are good to have in your yard of course. But if you're a gardner that means your soil is good. I wouldn't try to get rid of all of them. Just get your home sprayed by a bug man. He could even spray around the outside of your home as well.

Check your local home & garden store for pest control perimeter products. These are products that you spray around the foundation of your house to keep the bad guys away.
