You are not alone on this point of view. However, I beleive Bush will simply go away after 2008. His party are masters of covering things up.

*LOL* If ignoring the facts is lying politicians have been doing that longer than I've been alive and I'm 61. IF you believe anything any politician says doesn't involve one specific goal (getting elected or re-elected) you probably believe in the tooth fairy, Easter Bunny, and Santa Claus too.

No politician will ever give you a straight answer or if they do they won't stick to it later. You pick your favorite and I'll pick mine. But if YOU want me to vote for YOUR candidate. You'll have to tell me what they want to do and what they want to change. If I like what I hear I'll vote for them. Telling me a politicain is lying isn't news. If their mouth moves--THEY ARE LYING.

Investigations will expose their crimes? What crimes? Did they rob a bank? Who's going to hold the trial? Even if the Democrats win both houses by enough margin to impeach Bush on a party line vote, they won't do a thing. Because their dirty laundry is mixed too tightly to Bush's. There is nothing Bush has said that hasn't been said by the Democratic leaders. Dems don't have the balls to even start an impeachment.

Of course you don't feel you are wrong. Don't be stupid. IF you felt you were wrong you wouldn't have posted what you did. Alone? Of course you aren't alone. There are those who think Bush is the cause of 9/11 so he'd have an excuse to attack iraq to take over the oil that believe the same as you do.

I`m not sure about being found guilty of lying, for if this was a true crime all polititions would be charged. This is a normal practice in the goverment. They say "What the people of America don`t know won`t hurt them". They only tell us either what we want to hear, or only tell us half truths. Its not just Bush, but every president who has ever held office. The people are getting smarter and are now questioning what we hear.

Lying is not a crime. It is the duty of many levels of government to prevent factual information from reaching the public where enemies can obtain it.

You are correct about deceptions, though I'm sure you and I would disagree about what was a deception. For example, anyone now claiming we were 'wrong' about Iraq having WMD is uninformed. We have found over 500 of the banned chemical artillery shells that the UN inspectors could not find through the entire 1990s. We know Saddam tried to buy nuclear bomb triggers in 1999 and had an ongoing uranium enrichment program in 2000 (if his own recordings of cabinet sessions are acceptable as evidence).

If 'lying' was a crime, Clinton would not have ever been elected. He got the nickname 'Slick Willie' as governor of Arkansas for protecting the cocaine smugglers and getting away with it, for using the Rose Law Firm to divert public tax money to a company that builds concealed smuggling compartments in aircraft, etc. Then there was the Communist Chinese campaign donations that he also tried to conceal. And so on.

You're not alone - plenty of liberals bent on conspiracy theories are sure to agree with you.

The administration made decisions based on intelligence that turned out to be faulty. This does not mean that anyone lied - Democrats in Congress saw the same information and came to the same conclusions.

Of course, saying that Bush "lied" is a great rallying cry for neurotic leftists; however, with most Americans, it doesn't resonate.

This is one of my biggest wishes in the world, but they are sneaky, conniving, wealthy and VERY powerful,so in all likelihood they will get away with their deceptions and CRIMINAL acts.Even if they were to be prosecuted, they would only get what amounts to a slap on the wrists.

You are not alone, what goes around comes around and the Bush administration will get theirs. Justice will be done.

What do you mean "will be"?

They already have been found guilty of lying. Remember the war in Iraq? Right. 'Nuff said.

Only if Dems take back congress in '06. Otherwise the ends justifies the means.
