I would like to live in a free country. If it has conservative economic policies and liberal social policies, that would be fine.
I would not want to live in a country where law was dictated by someone's religion. And I would not like to live in a country where the government was owned and operated by powerful business interests.

You're sounding an awful lot like Shiraz these days........I would rather live in a country that represents both sides, conservative & liberal without the extremist sides of either. There should always be a balance. What's going on right now in the Republican party is proof of it.

Conservative and liberal are subjective terms. They only mean something in a specific context. A conservative in the US is extremely different than a conservative in Saudi Arabia.

a million) No united states of america exists at the two severe. 2) Pretending that those are the only representations of liberalism and conservatism is a disservice to the two. 3) you're characterizing each and every of those incorrect. enable's have an in intensity seem at each and every, we would desire to? Socialism: did you realize the only form of organic socialism interior the international is the Kibbutzim in Israel, and that they are growing to be in length? each and every physique is starting to be a member of them because of the fact they like to paintings for the earnings of the community. Yeah, it is low paintings ethic good there, and occasional unemployment (considering the fact that, you realize, each and every physique's employed). Atheist: collectively as not all liberals are atheist (i'm Jewish), atheism isn't characterised by potential of a loss of morals or values. it is in simple terms blatantly fake. government administration: The liberal ideals, even at their maximum severe, are actually not approximately government administration. human beings mischaracterize it very generally, asserting liberalism is like fascism or communism, the two one among which emphasize this. it is not. Capitalist: you realize that there is not any in straightforward terms capitalist gadget interior the international, superb? If the U.S. became into, there could be no American dream. Upward mobility could be impossible, and fulfillment might basically come to those that're already valuable. the reason being that capitalism would not emphasize honest play, it emphasizes "whoever has the main, wins" regulations. religious: virtually all of wars and deaths have been brought about by potential of religion, and extremely lots of those brought about by potential of Christianity. show of the ten commandments would not make society from now on valuable because of the fact those that are unavoidably rules are displayed, in simple terms as rules and not commandments. Who cares what the vacations are referred to as? Freedom and shape: what's freedom? whilst is a rustic unfastened? And, if adherence to the form is so solid, why has it replaced so drammatically over the years?

Neither....
How about one that can think for itself without being ONLY of left or right thinking?....Everything doesn't fall to one side or the other.
That's the problem with politics these days..and the way people think and are led to believe. Too bad we can't erase those words from our vocabulary - but that won't happen as long as the talking heads of both sides in the media are out there leading their sheep to the waters...(to generate money...and laughing at the sheep allllll the way)
Nobody can think on their own anymore.
