Click on the button that says FORWARD. Put the email address in the TO line for whoever you want to send it to. Add your own message if you want to the item being forwarded. Click on SEND.

I won't add to the good advice you've been given but just want to say, please don't call yourself a "clutz". We've all had to learn at one stage or another how to do new things on the computer and we're all still learning. Without forums like these to help us, a lot of us would be lost!! So good luck with gaining as much knowledge as you can and happy surfing!

In Yahoo mail,

Log into your account
Left click on the Compose button
Type the recipients email address in the To box
Type a Subject
Type your message
At the bottom on the window left click on Send

you first need an e mail program, if you have XP then in the top of your internet explorer bar you should see and envelope. Open this and this open your e mail program. On the right hand side your will see create mail, or new message click on it, then open this in the box type your message, at the top you should see TO in this box type the email address of your friend, make sure you type it correct, Then press send

Click the forward button On the menu (near send button usually)and type in the address you want to send to

clik the "forward" button or copy and paste the email into a new email

open the original msg then click `forward` and insert new recipients addy and send
