All men are completely different and have different likes. But I think the bottom line is to be hygenic, clean and smell good and brush those teeth, too!

Being a man, I would say there is not one reason what makes them see a woman as sexy. Each one have their own mind - one goes for the butt, one for the boobs another for a sexy figure, one for the eyes and there are also those who would find the ugliest of girls sexy. I do not think there is any specific reason as to what men actually find sexy in a woman.
