By European American you mean just arrived, or just White Americans, I do not consider my self European American, just American. And the answer is white Americans don't it is just Isolated to a few kids, bulling is a very big problem now days, when I was in school that stuff did not happen, it is our fast pace life style and parents not taking time with their children. Not taking the time to see that they are hurting, and getting them help.
