That old quote says "Hell hath no fury like that of a woman scorned." I am wondering how true or false that really is. I have heard of some crazy things that women have done when scorned, but can it really be bad? Are women running over husbands or removing the partners manhood just isolated incidents or are women actually vicious when scorned? I am just unsure because I have only been scorned a time or two and I have always been told I handled it well. What would a normal woman do when scorned?

Are there any good examples of this happening?

I don't know, but I certainly hope so.

Oh, I don't think that is a biblical quote, possibly Shakespeare, who wrote in the time the KJV was written.

It can be that bad, it is isolated instances but there are far too many of them.

Normally a woman would stew about it a bit, and complain to all her girlfriends, and sometimes start to date some of the guy's friends, and tell them they are so much nicer etc than the ex. Often she will bring dates to a place the ex will see her, or maybe have her friends tell the guy how wonderful she is doing now. Just normal stuff to let off a little steam. Assault rarely enters into the equation.

I believe that the Bible is true and that is where that "quote" comes from.
