Why does that happen?

Yes. A cold is a virus that is constantly mutating and therefore there is no such thing as the common cold because each cold is different. That's why we can easily catch 3 colds in one year even though our body may have built immunities to one virus it hasn't blocked the other cold viruses from getting in. It is called, "secondary bacteria." It is left over from the first cold ending or if you took antibiotic and what that could not kill.

Your body needs to build up resistance to the bacteria.

Yes i had two back to back.. it's probably that your Immune system is down try taking multi vitamins to strengthen you're immune system..
