I have ran Belarc and not found a sound card other that the codec ref: I gave before.?

I found a PNP Device ID called HVAUDIO\FUNC 01&VEN, in system information.
Is this the sound card?

If no no other sound device is listed, yes it is. If the motherboard has onboard audio it will not have a "card" per se. Inatead it will merely have the electronics on one location of the board.
