Goldrush Round 6, Chall.#3....?

I have found 6 of the 7 differences, but need some help. I read earlier someone said there was a difference inside the restuarant, but I can't find it. HELP, please.

no parking sign missing
flags over the front
red/black light on top right
puddle bottom left
not right rear tire

Challenge 3:
1. Rear passenger tire
2. Flag in front of store
3. No parking sign
4. Neon light in top right hand corner
5. Area near wheel on front passenger door
6. Puddle in bottom left hand corner
7. Color block in glass window
