It all depends on how much money the company, or the employees want to throw down. If there's a decent amount of space at the worksite, a good party would be in order. There are numerous halloween websites for ideas on recipes, costumes, decorations, etc. If you start now, you should be able to have everything ready by Halloween. You can also play creepy music, or dance music that's halloween related (like Monster Mash, Thriller, etc.). Should be a good time if all works out.

The whole company can go out as a group on Halloween and trick-or-treat. Just be sure the riot police don't come out to stop you, if you're a large corporation.

Find a local metaphysical bookstore and ask them if they have a list of local reader's who do Tarot , psychic/inuitive readings. Hire one or two people for the eveing to do individual and group readings.

Set up an old fashioned fall party (seasonal decorations, cider etc.) and make sure you have a separate, private room where people can go have readings done.

Guests can come in costume dressed as they think they were in a past life.
