Physical Science, Chemistry, Physics, Algebra I (which I assume you're taking now?), Algebra II, Calculus. Take some computer programming too if it's available.
I'm a chemist, and I've never had any biology beyond seventh grade life science, so I'm not sure I can recommend it. Some kinds of chemistry are _very_ math intensive, and once you get to Physical Chemistry in your third year of college, you'll need a lot of Calculus.
One thing that I'd recommend that helps build your brain is a foreign language; the brain pathways that help you learn Organic Chemistry are reinforced by studying a foreign language.
Once you get to college, you'll be able to choose a few "general education" classes that are dependent on your interest, but the rest of your classes will be determined by your major.
Here's a link to the place where I got my chemistry degree:

Great that you have such a passion for this! Just take the science courses they throw at you as well as the highest levels of math that you can handle. In college, you'll have an advisor who can lay it all out for you.
My granddad was a chemist!
