its a little lighter and more powdery. i don't think you will ever get used to high heeled shoes, unless you wear them round the house or something all the time, but they'll never be 100% comfortable. i actually have an abnormally short achilles tendon which means i walk everywhere on tiptoe since age 4, and even i'm not all that comfortable in high heels

Prt. 1 - They are the same... mousse is alot lighter and feels more natural though. Foundation may last longer though depending on the brand you buy.

Prt. 2 - The only way to get use to high-heel shoes it to wear them. Practice at home.. if you have stairs walk up and down then a few times to get the feel for the step. Each brand/style of high-heel is gonna feel different, and the height of the shoe will always make a differance too. Good Luck!

A mousse is usually somewhat lighter in texture (whipped therefore the name mousse) but it covers pretty well.
High heel shoes eh? I would get a pair to begin with that is a lower say a 2 inch heel and if you want to get higher heels later you can work up to it but I do not think anyone gets completely used to walking in high heels.

It is a great foundation.....maybelline puts it out as well I belive cover Girl...i use to wear Ultima II but they discontinued. I was so upset, then I found these, the beauty of it is this, you can apply it lighter or heavier. I generally dont wear any at all...but wen i do the mousse is all that I will wear...it is good for under the eyes and below as well...the face is a palet and not all one color, so should you have to wipe a bit of with a damp cloth, it is easy and you neednt begin all over again! They are as well reasonably priced and you can get them at your local Apothecary for the most part, in some cases, a target or walmart and they run about $8.00....I use to pay $22.50 for Ultima...now what is up with that? Apply all foundation if you can with a sponge......
Cheers! As far as the shoes go, start slowly....i can run in them...perhaps put the inner sole of another shoe in your High heels...and feel the difference......just take your time.
Enjoy! Cheers!

Mousse is just like foundation only it is whipped which means they have added air. This makes the formula lighter and smoother. As far as wearing high heels even though you may not want to it is worth it to spend the money and get a good quality high heel that fits you well. If you get cheap heals that are illfitting it can mess up your feet. The better they fit the easier they are to get used to.

Mouse does the same thing as foundation but it is light feeling on the skin then regular foundation. High heels wear them more often around the house. Then that a way if you fall nobody else will see you. I did it and it works.

foundation "mousse" is just a different type of foundation. just like how they have liquid foundation, cream foundation, powder & etc.

start off with a low chunky heel, then increase your heel 1/2 to 1 inch depending on how comfortable you get with it but stay with the chunky heel when you feel comfortable & want have gotten used to 3" chunky heels, then move to 2" stiletto heels & repeat process until you get used to the 3" - 4" stilettos.

It's a dessert, isn't it -- as described in the link below? I am not sure it is possible to ever get used to high heeled shoes. (But if they hurt too much, eat some mousse?)

Yes it is just a lighter formula than actual foundation is. It covers the same
