You mean go to sleep early. Yes of course. The best way to sleep is as follows. When you are tired, go to sleep. You should wake up without an alarm clock. This works best on a day off. When your body is no longer tired, you will wake up on your own. Another important note, DO NOT stay in bed if you are not sleepy. Read a book, watch TV, do some chores.

Actually, it's best to try and keep a consistent schedule. If you've made it a habit to sleep at a certain time for months, perhaps years, then try sticking to it. (Sleeping more than you usually do can actually end up making you MORE tired when you wake up).
Unless it's really severe fatigue.

Now that depends on: -
·What are you tired from???
·How late it is already???
Let’s suppose you are mentally, spiritually, emotionally, or psychologically tired and it is not even near your bedtime, then you should seek physical entertainment/exercise etc. On the other hand if you are physically tired you should indulge in some mental activities. Having said that, if you are mentally or physically tired and it is already near or past your normal bedtime, then hit the bed as soon as you can.

When someone is tired it is best to get sleep as soon as they can. Or take a quick nap. Either way you function better when well rested.

IF A PERSON IS TIRED, THEY SHOULD SLEEP AT THEIR NORMAL TIME, UNLESS THAT IS AT 3 IN THE MORNING. THEY SHOULD NEVER GO TO SLEEP EARLIER THAN 9 BECAUSE THEY MIGHT GET TOO MUCH SLEEP AND END UP WAKING UP AT 4 OR 5 IN THE MORNING AND NOT BEING ABLE TO GO BACK TO BED. I RECOMMEND GETTING BACK ON SCHEDULE. THIS HAPPENS TO MY DAD ALL THE TIME.
