Bachelors is usually a 4-year degree, while an associates is a 2-year degree offered by community or junior colleges. A Bachelors carries more weight.

While Bachelor is a full degree, Associate degree is like a certificate or diploma below a degree lelel.

about two extra years of school, but unless you're going for higher education after you bachelors, there's not a whole lot of difference in pay between the two degrees.
