You should analyze the pros and cons of each situation. Make a list to decide what option affects you (and others around you) in the least negative manner.

i've actually heard this, and thought i really made sense:
you have to THINK...with your HEART!!
:) it's hard, but u have to weigh in all the pros and cons, figure out what u are doing that deals with Emotional decisions, and what u are doing that deals with Logical decisions...and fuse them together, to form the best possible solution u can while incorporating all of these things. this is truly important, because if u only think w/ ur mind, u can be cold, mean, and feel guilty. but if u think only w/ ur heart, u can be used, taken advantage of, and hurt. therefore, u HAVE to be able to reason everything out in a way that makes sense to you, and that way u can never Regret what you've done in your life, because u've weighed everything in. i hope that makes sense, considering i don't know what the problem u are going thru is...!! and it's hard to do this when u are IN the situation, which is why it is great to get other people's views on it, and then ultimately figure out what yOU need to do in life.
Remember to always seek what is Positive, Healthy AND Happy, and hopefully it will lead you to Good things in y our life!! :)

It really depends on the problem. Most of the time your brain makes the logical and most reasonable choice that's best for you and your heart usually chooses what you want no matter the consequence - good or bad.
Again - it really depends on the problem.

If she is your superb-pal for sure your going to 'OVER-react' slightly .. = the superb element of do is in simple terms tell her , you do not basically like the way you're being taken care of yet communicate over together with her head to head .. because of the fact msn conversations like that usually finally end up right into a great argument !! Ask her if anythings bothering her besides .. whilst your different pal asked your superb-pal the question .. and she or he did not answer .. you wouldn't have replied ... because of the fact as you suggested your superb-pal would not like her, so she in all likelihood did not prefer to tell her. so as that would desire to have aggravated her . And sure this might dissatisfied me... if my superb pal did that yet i would not attempt 'fixing' something out on MSN !! TRUUSST me i did that when and it ended up in a great argument and me and my pal did not communicate for a while !!!! desire I Kinda replied Your question !! =) x

I believe that you should always logically analyze any situation and react in a manner that will conform to your own moral code that you have established for yourself as you experience life.
Don't go with "If it feels good, do it."
Instead, ask yourself if it's the right thing to do, based on the values that you have established for yourself..

Every one of us knows what is right and wrong. If there is an internal struggle it generally is because we are trying to convince ourselves to do something that is not in the best interest of everyone, rather it maybe somewhat selfish.

I'll say, go with logic, that is what you feel is best. That means your heart.
