if you had, then you would have wrote:

"feeling much better now"

but you chose to insert "I"s thereby signifying that you are indeed communicating from the ego.

butbut! the ego is not something to be broken down. it is a tool to be wielded responsibly

ỉη ץ٥ڵ,like you answer...point also to give ;note inferred doubt ..when you've lost your "i" you will kkwwooww it. point also noted that ?questioner is feeling better so indeed some breaking down of egotistic has occurred.for it it the dismembered "i" that has duality..
