I would have to say I am. I am blessed with a sound mind, solid spirit, love of Jesus and my Father, family that loves me in an agape sense (and it is reciprocated) and friends and others that I love and we help each other grow, not a bad professional career life, not financially bogged down and most of all: no grudges or hatred to hold me back from enjoying all of this.
