Why is it that I can ALWAYS find a parking space, no matter what night of the week or what event?

No. I DO have a car, and I NEVER drive around the block for hours.

Because
you have private parking

you don't live in a city

you have a motorbike

your neighbors are afraid of you / your parking skills and they always leave space for you
