Many years ago, in the middle of a meal, my friend had hiccups. Someone else said something very funny and my friend lost control over just about every bodily function, he managed to hiccup, sneeze, fart and belch all in one glorious moment and a piece of spaghetti came down his nose. It took him several minutes to recover and several years for everyone to forget it.

If a fart causes a vaccum----or if a sneeze causes a vaccum---then yes, you would have a vaccum but there is too much between the two ends--the twain does not meet. The gas (from the fart) is in the lowest part of the intestine and the sneeze comes from no lower than the stomach.

Actually, you have to fart, sneeze and belch at the same time to create a vacuum in your body. My kitty (may she rest in peace) did this once. All I could do was watch in horror as the kitchen table disappeared up her butt. Then I ran for my life. I watched from outside as the entire house imploded as though set up by a demolition crew. I had two consolations: Insurance covered me financially, and she was purring just before she blew.

I guess that would depend on the size of the fart and the sneeze. Just a little one probably wouldn't cause you to implode.

The pharynx bone is not connected to the lower intestine bone.

Your organs aren't ridged, they move in response to pressure changes. So no.

Oh! you were joking....
