If you could only have one of them for the rest of your life. what would you choose?

hmmm that's a tough one. does that mean the other one won't exist if i dont' chose it? cos maybe i could chose to have sex but only with men who have just eaten chocolate...or even better COVERED in chocolate!!!!

This is a really cruel choice. If the health and ability to have sex for really all the rest of my life, I would choose sex, since chocolate can get easily substituted by many different luxury goods. But if there is no related guaranty for the real rest of life, it would be useless to resign to chocolate.
And then there might be a third option : None of both! If you have had and got enough of both already at the time of choice.

That is an easy one for me to answer. I would take the chocolate because I am to small to have sex - With a little body like mine you need all the enjoyment you can get !

I'd miss it but there are many substitutes for chocolate, none for sex. The chocolate would have to go.

Oh jeez this is a tough one... I love them both SO much, but... I guess sex because it is definately more satisfying than chocolate. And, it doesn't cost too much money... which is good for a broke college student like me :D
