i was under the impression that you did not get a period but every three months when on the shot? so i do not think you are pregnant, but the only way to be sure is to go to the doctor, for some bloodwork!

I'm sure you know the depo can cause your period to stop so that's normal however if you got your period last on Aug 30 by October 2 you were officially since a normal period can come anywhere from 21 to 31 days after the last and still be normal. the pregnancy test may not have been very accurate or you may not yet be producing much of the hormone that it detects i don't remember what its called i would wait at least 2 wks before taking another one otherwise you would be waisting your money also make sure to use first morning urine as the hormone would be more concentrated ......it is normal for a woman to miss a period altogether occasionally so long as this does not become a pattern for you ...... also i don't think a tubal pregnancy would show on a home test but may stop you from menstruating if you start to feel pain in the abdomen i would go to the hospital a tubal pregnancy can be very dangerous ......if you don't start by the end of this month and preg tests still are negative i would see a doc even if you went to a free clinic if you don't have insurance.......so sorry for your loss !!!! and good luck

Sorry to hear aboutyour baby. But about the shot. Well the shot can cause you to have unregular periods. I also had it for a few months. And sometimes I waslate sometimes i ended up getting it twice. Maybe you should switch to a different birth control. But if you do want another child. Stop, get a check up and then try. And you might want to have another test done. Maybe it was to early for the test to detect it.

No offense, but you need to see a dr. This is not something that abunch of uneducated strangers will know. I too take the depo shot and it took six months after I stopped taking it to even get pregnant anyway. Good luck and be carefull. Call you DR!!
