As far as actual population I couldn't give you the exact numbers. But Bora Bora is the next in line to Papeete, then it is Moorea.

Are you just curious of this or trying to decide which islands to go to? If that is the case and you are looking for Travel I would do Moorea and Bora Bora for 2 islands instead of Papeete.
