I make it and even tried it out on my dog and she loves it. Now that I have done that, what do I do with it now to get it out there?

Don't talk about it till you have a pattent on it I know some jerk stole my idea after I showed it to him just to see what he thought about it promised and all but still went behind my back and opattented it in his name be very quiet and careful don't show to no one until it is on paper with your copyrights and #. good luck really.

I actually worked with a company called inventech. http://invent-tech.com/ They basically step you through the whole process of getting the invention pattented, and getting someone to purchase the patent. Unfortunately, they do not give the option to maintain the patent and just produce/sell the item.

patent it and copyright it. like NOW!! you can just go to the post offie and ask for instructions. Don't tell anyone what it is until its patented and then start to look for private investors and try ang get funding for it and get a business advisor from like a bank or something to help out on the financial side and give you contats.

watch tv for a while, a commercial should come on for a patent corporation call these people. but make sure you have a lawer, some of these companies are rip offs

patent it. make sure no one else made it before you. thats always step#1. tell no one. if anyone gets to the patent office before you then it belongs to them from that point on.
