I think it has to do with the temperature and amount of dust pollution.
Mornings are cold, specially right before dawn. Usually there is little or no wind at night (there are exceptions, but that is the general rule).
Sunset in the other hand, occur when the earth is still hot and the heat (hot air moving up) will scattered more light than if it is cold. Wind is still active during and after the sunset keeping dust in suspension and scattering light.

Hi. It just seems that way because your eyes are dark adapted in the morning and light adapted in the evening. The Sun passes through the same amount or air either way. After a day of activity, the atmosphere could have more dust in it, I suppose.

as becoz when its in the morning it is fresh and by the end of the day he's tired of giving all the light .....and by the end of the day its light or the energy also gets finshed.......lol
