What the ***** is wrong with people?!
Killing little Amish girls?! I don't see how shooting a 6 year old girl, Amish or otherwise, is going to avenge an insult or injury that happened 20 years ago. It's a shame that guy killed himself. I'd like to have at him myself.
The end is near, people. It must be, with shi.t like this going on in the world.

It is a horrible tragedy. Why are some people so violent and cruel?
Charles Carl Roberts IV was 32. If an incident occurred 20 years ago he would have been 12 years old. He let the boys go free and the pregnant women or those with infants. So I speculated that maybe he was rejected by a girl when he was 12 but reports say that he had molested children at that time and dreamed of doing it again. In addition, he was angry at God because his daughter had died.
Who can understand what drove him to do what he did? Who can understand a pervert's mind?

in Lancaster County, Pa. Don't know details yet--hostage situation. hostage taker is dead along with at least 5 people. Local hospitals have been notified to expect a lot of people. I live in Lancaster County and am very shaken up (as a parent with school-age kids).
Please pray for these poor victims. Thank You.

Normally i would say something inappropriate like why didn't they technology to torture them, or did the guy drive up in a horse....but this is like the 4th in a week, if you include the lockdown in florida for the guy they ended up putting 68 bullets in....its unreal. Thank god I am not in school anymore. What next? A homeschoolers chainsaw massacre?

I just heard the headlines. Don't have all the details yet but I'm really disturbed by all these school shootings. Granted shooting s occur everywhere but I guess I'm more sensitive to current events.

No security. Easy target.
The violence is a symptom of too many people who feel trapped by competition and the System which replaces the value of living with the value of little green pieces of paper.
If you want change, keep it in your pocket. Your dollar is your life and your vote.

Very disturbing, I only live 45 minutes away from it all. They say the shooter is dead and he killed at least 6. It is defenitly one place I never though something like this would happen at.

Just goes to show that no matter how influenced by television and video games our children are...you just can't blame all the violence on that alone. AMISH?!! They are so sheltered, what can the FCC blame THAT on?!
