He's still alive. He didn't save anyone though. Neither did Lukas. That's the mystery that should be solved this week. If they didn't save them, then who did? And how did they do it without the others seeing? I'm guessing his uncle somehow managed to break free at the same time Nathan was gasping for air and calling for help. Either way, this week our 'false hero' comes clean, so let's see what happens next. I think it's gonna cause a lot of friction with Haley too. Especially since in the preview for this week it also shows Rachael becoming obsessed with Nathan for saving her. But how will she react when she finds out Nathan didn't save her? Who will she get fixiated on then? Who's Peyton's half-brother? Could it be Skills? ;-)

No Nathan doesn't die. He saves Rachel and Luke rescues them all. He's fine and now has flashbacks of what happened when he sees water.

no well not yet, i doubt he will cuz he is one of the main characters and i just don't think he'll die in One Tree Hills series!

Nope he doesn't die, but he is definitely having some mental issues since the accident. I think it will cause some problems between him and Hayley.
