I have heard he is a total jerk off in person,esp. to cancer patients & it's all a front that he's truly concerned for them? Just curious as I think it's sad if so.

That's B.S. Lance almost died from cancer himself. He may be a jerk...but I highly doubt it is because of that!

I don't know all the details, but I do know that they broke up before she was diagnosed with breast cancer....
However, he may still be a jerk...there is no telling unless you personally know him......

Yes he did, just like he left his wife to pursue celebrity. he's a complete jerk who used steroids but just didn't get caught.
