im not good at prepositional phrases
so i need help with the answers to some of them please help!!

The prep phrase is "at the heals." "At" is a preposition and it is followed by a noun phrase..."the heals." The author uses it at the beginning of the sentence to draw attention to the "heals."

prep phrases start with a preposition and end with a noun..... prep's are usually describing word like where something is under, over, about, around, in, out, up, down, etc....
